What will my customers be able to manage with the WHMCS application?

Being a Gold Reseller, besides registering a domain without your intervention, your clients will also be able to perform the actions mentioned below:

- domain renewal

- change registrar

- nameserver update

- ID protect activation and renewal

- owner’s data management (e.g. email)
- registrar lock (enable/disable)
- request authorization code

Moreover, the WHMCS module that we provide: A) supports the use of Hook files (version 11.0), so once a successful registration or renewal takes place, the WHMCS ’s database is automatically updated with your domains’ new expiration dates. This way, you will not have to proceed to any further actions from your part. B) it supports the activation of Registrar cron job (version 11.0), which runs once a day and checks the synchronization of the expiration dates, between WHMCS and Papaki. It also checks your active domain names and detects any possible differences - it then proceeds with the necessary updates.
