Why can’t I log in to my account in Papaki?

There are cases where logging in to your Papaki Control Panel is not possible. This may happen for several reasons, which you can easily check and resolve by following the instructions below.

Possible reasons for login failure

You may be unable to access your account due to one of the following reasons:

  • You are entering an incorrect username and/or password
  • This is your first time logging in to the new Papaki Control Panel and you need to use your old login credentials
  • The browser you are using is not updated to the latest version
  • Your account has been temporarily disabled for security reasons

Below you will find detailed guidance for each case.

A) Incorrect login details or first login to the new Papaki Control Panel

If you are unable to log in, it is likely that:

  1. You are entering incorrect login credentials, or
  2. This is your first login to the new Papaki Control Panel, where you are required to use the credentials of your old account

In the first case:

If you do not remember your account credentials, you can easily reset them by following the recovery process described step by step in the guide:

How can I change my account password in Papaki?

In the second case:

  • If you remember your old credentials, use them to log in
  • Upon your first successful login, you will be prompted to set a new password

If you do not remember your credentials, you can recover them as follows:

  • Visit the password recovery page
  • Enter your username, email address, or one of your domains registered with Papaki
  • Select “Send by email”

Then:

  • You will receive an email to your registered address
  • Through this email, you will be able to view your username and set a new password

Once you complete the recovery process, you will be able to log in normally. During your first login to the new environment, you will be prompted again to set a new password for the new Papaki Control Panel.

If you are not automatically redirected to the password reset page, click the reset link included in the email you received with your updated login details.

B) Outdated browser

In some cases, the issue may be related to the browser you are using.

To resolve it:

  • Make sure you are using the latest version of your browser
  • Try logging in from a different browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Edge)
  • Optionally, clear your cache and cookies

C) Temporary account suspension

For security reasons, the system may temporarily restrict access to your account—for example, after multiple failed login attempts or even in case of suspected malicious activity.

If:

  • You are sure that your credentials are correct, and
  • You have already checked your browser

then we recommend contacting the customer support team so they can investigate the issue and restore your access as soon as possible.
