How could I change the password for my Papaki account?

If you’ve forgotten your Papaki account password, you can easily reset it using the password recovery form. The process is quick and straightforward. 

1. Access the Password Recovery Form 

You can begin the process in one of the following ways: 

• On the login page, click Lost password? 
• Or go directly to the reset page by clicking here 

2. Identify Your Account 

You’ll be asked to find your account by providing one of the following: 

• Username or Billing Code 
• Account email address 
• Domain name 
• VAT number (for business accounts) 

Important: 
If for example, you choose to search using your email address and that email is linked to multiple accounts, the system may not be able to identify the correct one. In such cases, the email option may be temporarily removed from the available search methods, and you’ll be asked to use another option (such as username or domain).

First-Time Login to the New Control Panel 

If this is your first time accessing Papaki's new Control Panel and you don’t remember your password, follow the password recovery process below: 

1. Go to the recovery page here 
2. Enter your username, email address, or one of your domains, then click Send login info to my email 

You will receive an email titled "Password Reminder" containing a secure link to set a new password. 

3. Once you click the link from the email:

• In the first field, enter your new password 
• In the second field, re-enter the password for confirmation 
• Click Continue to complete the process 

4. You're All Set. You can now log in to your Papaki account through the new Control Panel using your updated login credentials and conclude the first-time login process.

• During your first login to the new Papaki environment, the system will ask you to set up a new password. 
• This step is required only once to activate your account on the new interface.
