How can I access my emails through Webmail?

You can check your email from any device with internet access using Webmail. 

Webmail is an email service that allows you to access and manage your mailbox through a web browser, without the need to install any additional software. 

Why use Webmail

It is automatically updated by our team and includes a variety of useful features such as: 

• Contact management 
• Calendar and task tools 
• Autoresponders 
• Filters and email signatures 

You can access your email account via Webmail in two ways: 

Method 1: Direct access through the Webmail portal 

1. Visit:  https://webmail.papaki.com 
2. Enter your email credentials:
   • Email address 
   • Password 

Click Log in 

If your credentials are correct, you’ll gain access to your inbox.

Method 2: Through your Papaki account 

1. Log in to your Papaki account. 
   Forgot your password? See here how to recover it. 

2. From the top bar in your Control Panel, click on Webmail .

   

    
3. You’ll be redirected to the Webmail login page automatically 

3. Enter your email credentials:
   • Email address 
   • Password 

Click Log in 

Attention

If you do not remember your password, you will need to reset it using the process described here.

I manage my email service through Plesk Control Panel

Login to Plesk webmail

To connect to the webmail of an email account you have already created for your domain through Plesk, follow the instructions described below.

1. Go to webmail.yourdomain.com (where yourdomain.com is your domain name).

2. On the login page, enter the full email (eg info@domain.com) and password you provided when creating the account to login.
