How to export my emails through Outlook 2013?

In case you use Outlook 2013 to manage your emails and want to export your emails, follow the instructions described below: 1. Open Outlook 2013 and go to File, Open & Export, then Import/Export.
 
2. Select Export to File and Next
 
 
3. Select Outlook Data File (.pst) and Next.
 
4. Select the folder you want to download locally and then Next.
 
5. Specify the location where you want to save the backup and Finish. In case you are asked for a password, fill in the password of your email account.
