How do I make my payment via Piraeus Bank web-banking?

To complete your payment in Papaki through e-banking, use the Electronic Payment Code or the RF code, depending on the platform through which you placed your order. You can find these details in your order confirmation email or in your Control Panel.

Finding the RF Code

Locate the RF code by selecting the Notifications indicator or the exclamation mark icon next to the service if your order was placed through the new Papaki Control Panel.

Click Delayed Payment to view all the required payment details.

Alternatively, click the link included in your order confirmation email to be redirected directly to the relevant page.

Accessing web-banking

To complete your payment:

1. Log in to Piraeus Bank web-banking.

2. In your account dashboard, select Payments from the menu at the top of the page, and then choose By Category.

3. In the search field on the right, type Enartia Papaki-TopHost, then click the arrow located to the right of the Enartia Papaki-TopHost result that appears.

4. Complete the required fields, including your name, the RF payment code you received (without spaces), and the order amount. Then click Next to complete your transaction.

To locate your Electronic Payment Code:

• For the legacy Papaki Control Panel, navigate to My Account → Order History.
• For orders placed through the legacy myTophost panel, navigate to Billing → Order History and locate the code next to the corresponding order.

After obtaining the code, follow these steps:

1. Log in to Piraeus Bank web-banking.

2. In your account dashboard, select Payments from the menu at the top of the page, and then choose By Category.

3. In the search field on the right, type papaki.com, then click the arrow located to the right of the papaki.com result that appears. If the payment you want to make is for a TopHost order, enter the term top.host in the search field and then click on top.host when it appears in the results.

4. Complete the required fields by entering your name, the electronic payment code you received (without any spaces), and the order amount. Then click Continue to complete your transaction.

Note

For Papaki / TopHost 1.0, the Electronic Payment Code is unique for each customer and for each set of billing details registered in the system.

If you make a payment for an amount that differs from the total value of your order (either higher or lower), or if you use an incorrect Electronic Payment Code, the amount will be credited to your Papaki account as credits.

Important

Submitting a bank transfer without first placing an order is not sufficient.

The payment system will not be able to match your payment to a pending order. As a result, the amount will be credited back to your Papaki account in the form of credits.
