Payment via Electronic Payment Code is carried out through the DIAS payment system and allows you to pay for your order directly through e-banking, phone banking, or your bank branch.
The Electronic Payment Code is a unique number used to identify and match your payment. You can find it on your payment slip or in your order confirmation email.
When making a payment, you do not need to enter the company's bank account details or provide a payment reference, as the transaction is identified automatically through the Electronic Payment Code.
The payment process may vary depending on the platform you are using.
In the table below, you can find the available payment methods for each bank.

In the Papaki 2.0 environment, which is based on the RF platform, payments are completed using the RF Code displayed for the specific order.
When paying via e-banking or phone banking:
If you choose to pay at a bank branch, inform the bank representative that you wish to make a payment through the DIAS system to Enartia Papaki-TopHost.
Top.Host and the legacy Papaki Control Panel support payments through the DIAS system using an Electronic Payment Code. This code is linked to your account's billing details and is used to identify your payment.
If you have more than one set of billing details registered in your account, you may have multiple payment codes available. For this reason, it is recommended that you always use the code associated with the specific order you wish to pay.
To ensure your order is successfully matched to the Electronic Payment Code, you must pay the exact amount displayed on the order, without rounding it up or down. Otherwise, the system will not be able to automatically reconcile the payment with the order, and the amount will be credited to your account as credits instead.
When paying via e-banking or phone banking:
If the payment is made through Alpha Bank, Eurobank, National Bank of Greece, or Piraeus Bank, payment confirmation is usually completed within one hour. Payments made through other banks are generally confirmed on the next business day.
Note: Any transaction fees are determined and charged exclusively by the respective banking institution.
