Transactional Email is a separate Flexmail service that allows you to send automated emails triggered by user actions.

Transactional Email

Important: The two products operate on separate sending infrastructures, which means that promotional campaigns will never affect the deliverability of your transactional emails (such as order confirmations or password reset emails).

To activate Transactional Email, you will need a separate subscription in addition to your Email Marketing plan.

The Email Builder is Flexmail's visual editor, allowing you to create responsive email campaigns without any coding knowledge.

To create a new email:
1. Go to the Campaigns menu
2. Select Messages
3. Click Create New Message
4. Select Start Building
5. Choose a template or start from a blank design
6. Start editing your email

To import a CSV file:
1. Go to Contacts, then All contacts and click Add contacts
2. Select Upload a file and choose your CSV
3. Map each column to the correct Flexmail field
4. Confirm you have the right to email these contacts
5. Click Import

Validating your sender address
1. Go to Settings, then Add or remove senders
2. Click Add a new sender and enter the email address
3. Flexmail sends a confirmation email to that address — the owner of that inbox needs to open it and click Verify my email address
4. Once verified, you're ready to send from that address

Setting up email authentication
After validating your sender address, set up email authentication. This tells receiving mail servers like Gmail and Outlook that your emails are legitimate — helping them land in the inbox rather than the spam folder.
