How can I add SANs to a Multidomain SSL Certificate? 

If you already have a Multidomain SSL certificate and wish to add additional SAN (Subject Alternative Name) domains, you will need to contact Papaki’s Customer Support. Our team will provide you with detailed information about the process and the associated cost.

Important Information 

If your Multidomain SSL certificate is managed through the old Papaki Control Panel, it is not technically possible to add more SAN domains. In this case, please contact Customer Support to explore your available options. 


Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) 

How many SAN domains can I add to a Multidomain SSL certificate? 
If your certificate is managed through the new Papaki Control Panel, you can add up to 1,000 SAN domains. SANs are added in pairs (2 domains at a time). 


Can I manage the SANs I’ve added? 
Yes. You can manage your SAN domains directly from the SSL management section in the new Papaki Control Panel. 


Can I remove SAN domains I no longer need? 
No. Once SAN domains are added, they cannot be removed. If changes are required, the certificate must be reissued. 


Does the SSL certificate need to be reissued after adding SANs? 
Yes. After adding new SAN domains, the SSL certificate must be reissued to include them. 


Is there a fee for reissuing the certificate when SANs are added? 
There is no charge for the reissue itself. However, there is a fee for the additional SAN domains, based on the number of domains you wish t
