How do I buy Papaki credits?

What Are Credits? 

Credits are a form of prepaid balance used to purchase products or services at Papaki.  You prepay a specific amount, which is then added to your account and used automatically when you make purchases or renewals—no need to complete a separate payment each time.

Steps to Purchase Credits 

1. Go to the payment page here. 
2. Scroll down to find the “Online deposit” section. 

3. From the “Amount for credits” drop-down menu, choose the amount you want to prepay. 

4. In the “Quantity” drop-down, select how many times you want to purchase the selected amount.
   • Example: If you want to prepay €45, you should select:
     • Amount for credits: €15 
     • Quantity: 3 

5. Click “Continue” to proceed to your shopping cart. 

6. Accept the terms and conditions and
   • If you already have an account, select “Registered customers” and enter your login credentials. 
7. If not, click “Continue” to create a new one. 

7. Fill in the required fields to complete the registration. 

8. Choose your preferred payment method and finalize your order.

Useful Information 

• The credits will be added to your account automatically once your payment is completed. 
• No invoice will be issued for the purchase itself, as credits are invoiced at the time of use. 
• VAT is included in the prepaid amount. 
• Credits can be used immediately for any type of order (new purchase, renewal, etc.), except for purchasing additional credits.
