How do i renew my service at Papaki?

To continue using your hosting packages and services (domain names, hosting, sitebuilder) you need to regularly renew their subscription before the expiration date. 
The renewal duration and cost vary depending on the product/service. 

If the subscription is not renewed on time, the product or service will be deactivated. 
For hosting or email packages, the service and its content may be permanently deleted.

Service Renewal Methods 

1. Automatic Renewal 

• Your subscription is renewed automatically a few days before the expiration date. 
• The amount is charged to the stored payment method (e.g. credit card, credits). 

2. Manual Renewal 

• You can manually renew your service at any time by selecting one of the available payment methods. 
• The steps below describe the manual renewal process in detail.

How to Renew Your Service 

1. Log in to your Papaki account. 
   Forgot your password? See here how to recover it. 

2. From the dashboard, select Renewals at the top of the page. 

3. Locate the product/service you want to renew. If you have multiple products, use the search tool by:
   • Name 
   • Extension 
   • Service ID 
   • Expiration date 

4. Select the renewal period (if available, e.g. 1, 2, or 5 years).
   • Any available discount will appear above the price. 
   • Click Renew. 

5. The service will be added to your shopping cart.
   • Accept the Terms of Service and click Continue. 
   • On the next step, choose one of the available payment methods (Card, PayPal, DIAS, Credits). 

6. After payment:
   • You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number and details.
   • The expiration date is automatically updated (except for payments made via DIAS). 

Important Information 

• You cannot renew services that expire in more than 1 year (there must be fewer than 365 days left). 
• With DIAS payments, the renewal is not immediate. For instant activation, please use credits, a card or PayPal. 
• If the product does not appear in the list, it means it cannot yet be renewed because the expiration date is too far ahead. 
• Even if automatic renewal is enabled, you can still renew your service manually. 

What happens after the renewal? 

• The new expiration date is applied automatically. 
• Your service remains active without interruption. 
• You can verify the renewal in your Papaki dashboard.

2. Click the red button Your old products » on the right side of the control panel to access the old Papaki panel.

3. From your Dashboard > My Products list click on the service you wish to renew

4. For this tutorial, we will show how to renew a domain name. So, click on Domain Names and from the "Domain” column simply click on the one you wish to renew.

5. From the Domain Name Manager, click on the "Renew" button

6. To proceed to checkout, select the appropriate Invoice Details and Payment method and don’t forget to tick on the law approval, as shown in the image below 

7. Refine your order, agree to the terms and conditions and click on the "Buy Now" button
