Plesk is the management environment (control panel) of your hosting package. Through it, you can manage your files, databases, email accounts, domains, SSL certificates, and generally all the settings of your website.
There are two main ways to log in to Plesk.

2. From the My Products list, select Hosting Packages (or Email Hosting) and click on your package.

3. From the top menu, click on "Manage Hosting" or "Manage Email Hosting".

In this case, for security reasons, OTP (one-time password) verification may be required. The OTP is sent to the administrator email address of your account.
When your hosting package was initially activated, you received a welcome email which, among other information, includes:
Using this method, you can log in directly to Plesk without OTP verification being sent to the administrator email.
This method is useful if you want to share the login details with your developer or website administrator.
Through the Papaki panel, from the My Products list, select Hosting Packages (or Email Packages) and click on your package.

From the available options, locate "Welcome Email" and click "Resend Email".

This action resends the original welcome email you received when the hosting package was first activated to the administrator email address.
The email contains the login details for accessing Plesk.
If access to the administrator email is not possible, you will need to submit a support request through your account so that we can guide you through the next steps.
