How can I identify which version of the Papaki Control Panel I’m using?

Papaki Control Panel Has Changed! 

The new Papaki Control Panel (2.0) is here to simplify processes and give you more flexibility and features. 

Which Papaki Control Panel are you using?  

Customers with an account created before 25/05/2026 

If you already had an active Papaki account and services before this date, you will find your products in Papaki 1.0
From there, you can: 

  • Manage your existing services. 
  • Renew existing products and services
  • Access your hosting packages. 
  • View your order history. 
  • View and download your invoices. 

You can easily switch between Papaki 1.0 and Papaki 2.0 via the red button in the right-side menu. 

Important: New purchases are now available only through Papaki 2.0. 

Customers with an account created after 25/05/2026 

If you created a new Papaki account after this date and placed a new order, all your products and services will appear directly in Papaki 2.0

From the new Control Panel, you can: 

  • Purchase new plans or renew existing products. 
  • Manage hosting packages and services with ease. 
  • Update your personal details. 
  • Locate and download invoices. 
  • Complete processes and settings with just a few clicks. 


Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) 

Can I transfer all my services from Papaki 1.0 to Papaki 2.0? 

A full transfer of services does not happen automatically. Your existing services remain in Papaki 1.0, and you will continue to manage them there until we complete their migration. All new purchases are handled exclusively through Papaki 2.0.

Will I still have access to my order history in Papaki 1.0? 

Yes, the order history recorded in Papaki 1.0 remains available at all times.

What if I cannot find my product? 

If your product was purchased before 25/05/2026, it will appear in Papaki 1.0. 
If it was purchased after that date, it will appear in Papaki 2.0. 
You can easily switch between the two control panels using the available button. 

Can I renew products through Papaki 1.0? 

Yes. For as long as your products appear in Papaki 1.0, you will be able to renew them normally, except for a few exceptions for which you will need to proceed with a new purchase from Papaki 2.0.
Please note that all new purchases are made exclusively through Papaki 2.0.
