If you have an email hosting package hosted on a Plesk infrastructure, please refer to the guide available here.
If your domain contains Greek characters, you cannot enter it directly into your hosting package, as such characters are not supported.
To use it, you need to convert it into a compatible format (Punycode) using an online converter.
If you don’t know the process of adding a new domain or subdomain to your hosting package, check this guide here.
When you attempt to add a domain containing unsupported characters (such as Greek), you will see an error message.

What is punycode?
Punycode is the technical representation of a domain that contains non-Latin characters (such as Greek), so that it can be recognized and supported by the domain name system.
Does this mean visitors must type the punycode to reach my site?
No. Visitors will type your domain with Greek characters normally. The conversion to punycode happens automatically “in the background” by the DNS system, ensuring your domain works correctly.
